Chuck provides tax, accounting and management consulting services to high net worth individuals and privately owned businesses, especially manufacturing, real estate, and service firms.  His clients operate as corporations, partnerships, LLCs and trusts.  His clients appreciate his technical know-how and abiity to see the big picture.  Chuck understands the financial and operational needs of medium-sized businesses.  As a key advisor, he assists owners and management with organizational structure, strategic planning, management information systems, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.  He also specializes in planning and compliance services for individuals.

Trevor Hurst is a licensed CPA with a genuine passion for connecting with clients and providing them with high quality consulting and accountancy expertise. Over the course of his career, Trevor has supported clients from a variety of professional fields including Real Estate, the Wine and Beverage industry, Small Businesses, Non-profits, and Construction.  He enjoys problem solving and finding definitive answers for clients in an effort to maximize their income and ensure they are able to make sound financial decisions.   

Trevor attended Sonoma State University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. While at Sonoma State, Trevor played Division two soccer and lead the team to one conference championship. Trevor has always been interested in Accounting and knew from a young age that he would pursue this as his chosen career.  Trevor started his accounting career as a bookkeeper for Santa Rosa United Soccer Club and Alaniz Marketing in Novato while he was in college. In 2012, after graduating, Trevor was recruited by Zainer, Rinehart, Clarke CPA's where he gained 5 years of experience as a senior accountant working on tax returns and audits before ultimately finding his way to Boerio, LLP in 2018.  He says one of the main reasons he choose Boerio was for the great culture they have; there is a really good work to life balance.  

Trevor was born and raised in Sonoma County and loves all that the area has to offer including exceptional wineries, great dining options and countless hiking trails. In his downtime, Trevor enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife and swimming with his two daughters, Addison and Harper.

Brad provides accounting and management consulting services to privately owned businesses, especially manufacturing, real estate and financial service firms.  Brad joined the firm in 2000 after directing financial planning for one of the world's largest companies for over ten years.  His clients appreciate his ability to help them grow their business by applying the best practices used by some of the world's most successful companies.  He understands the financial and operational needs of medium sized businesses.  His years of experience in understanding and streamlining business processes enable him to assist owners and management in strategic planning for medium sized businesses.  He is also a key advisor in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.  Brad manages the audit and accounting practice at Boerio LLP.

Richard is a licensed CPA who enjoys problem solving and meeting the needs of clients.  He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics.  Prior to becoming an accountant, he worked in financial services and sales.

 He began his career in public accounting in 2007 and obtained his CPA license in 2010.  His primary focus has been tax, but has some experience in audit and higher education.

 Originally from Iowa, he recently moved to California from Colorado where he lived for 20 years.  In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.

Suman (Sue) is a tax professional with over 10 years of experience in public accounting and joined the Boerio professional family in 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and taxation and a Chartered Accountant’s degree from India. Her areas of expertise include passthrough entities and individuals. She values client relationships and enjoys learning about their financial backgrounds as well as discussing current and future financial goals.

Sue enjoys being with family (including her 4-legged son "Auggie the Doggie), travelling, and participates in a Bollywood radio station as "RJ Sue"

Kathleen provides tax, accounting, research and consulting services to individuals, businesses and trusts.  Kathleen’s clients operate as LLC’s, partnerships, corporations and trusts.  Kathleen specializes in communication, management consulting and tax planning and compliance services between the individual, family business and their trusts.  Kathleen has a “can do” attitude and assists clients in problem solving and creating long-term creative and effective tax strategies for clients.

 Kathleen has a BA degree from San Francisco State and a Masters in Public Administration from  Golden Gate University.  Accounting was her second career.  She took accounting classes and obtained her CPA from Sonoma State.  She worked for a small CPA firm and joined Boerio in 2015.  She enjoys the challenges and varierty of public accounting that Boerio offers.

Erin is a native Californian who graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Sonoma State University after attending Santa Rosa Junior College. She has been working in public accounting for the past four years and is currently working on obtaining her CPA license.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family, watching movies and caring for her three animals.
